What biometric technologies do HFSecurity's Android devices support?

Typically, attendance devices and biometric tablets come with 2+16GB of RAM, with optional configurations of 4+64GB, 6+128GB, etc. You can choose the configuration based on your needs or user capacity.

What is the warranty period for the equipment? What does the warranty cover? Can it be replaced free of charge? What are the risks if it breaks down?

Our warranty is 1 year, we do spare parts and repair within warranty. We do replacement for TSP partners based on first testing, and usually there will be no problem if it works well at first 3 months. As manufacturer, will doing the best support based on different situation, customize solution for clients.

Yes, exactly, as we do overseas marketing almost 20 years, there are multiple local partners to support. Also support from manufacturer directly, the whole team and official process to support. We have after sales process to share together with sample order, easy to oprate.

Yes, we will do upgrading on the hardware, firmware and software based on marketing feedback and technical updates, usually 2-3 times for new model, one time for stable model. For software, you can find any latest version from our dropbox directly, we will share that way to you together with orders.
